What Can We do? \nBIO: Dr. Dulcinea Lara is deeply-rooted\, ancestrally\, in the region now called southern New Mexico. Dr. Lara\nearned her Ph.D. in Comparative Ethnic Studies from the University of California-Berkeley. Her teaching and\nresearch center the critical viewing and questioning of systems and knowledges that are designed and\noperationalized to advance some people and groups while creating obstructions for other people and groups.\nShe is the inaugural Academic Dept.
