Membership Form for New Members 2023
Membership dues are $20.00 per year, due at the beginning of each year.
If not paid by March 1st, you will become a non-voting member. Anyone joining as a new member after 10/1 will be a paid member for the balance of that year plus the next year.
Please write a check made out to “FDWDAC” or pay Cash and give to the Treasurer, or other Board members. Written receipts for Cash payments will be provided at Monthly Meetings.

When you join the FDWDAC you are automatically a member of the NM State Federation of Democratic Women.
FEDERATION OF DEMOCRATIC WOMEN DONA ANA COUNTY (FDWDAC)
PURPOSE:
The purpose of the organization is to unite women of the Democratic Party and to promote active participation to accomplish the Party’s goals.
OBJECTIVES:
To inform and educate the membership on issues and activities vital to the Democratic Party and to support such activities to the fullest extent.
To be a strong bridge of communication between Democratic candidates and voters.
To promote Democratic values and principles.
To support the Democratic Party and to work for the election of Democratic Party candidates in general elections.
To promote training for members to facilitate participation in the political process.
GROUP ACTIVITIES:
Conversations:
FDWDAC will provide opportunities for conversations on topics of relevance.
Targeted Training:
FDWDAC shall promote training for potential women candidates on the processes of becoming a candidate and executing a successful campaign.
FDWDAC shall provide training to members regarding campaign and election-related :
Candidate Forums & Political Events such as Meet and Greets, Recognitions, and Community Get-Togethers. (All candidates during the Primary process shall be treated equally, with no bias shown for or against any candidate.)
Educational Seminars on specific, relevant topics presented by experts in those fields.
Fund-Raising Activities subject to membership approval.
Connecting Membership with political activities and opportunities.
